Lahore: Saba Qamar, the enchanting figure of the Pakistani showbiz industry, has unveiled the key to her fitness.

In a recent interview, Saba Qamar delved into her fitness routine, disclosing, “My facial skin tends to be quite dry, so I ensure I stay well-hydrated by drinking copious amounts of water daily. Additionally, I rely on natural remedies to keep my skin moisturized.”

She further elaborated that she pampers her face with a blend of glycerin, honey, and lemon, and during the day, she adheres to a moisturizing regimen recommended by her dermatologist.

Saba Qamar also shared her evening ritual, stating that before retiring for the night, she indulges in a soothing hand and foot massage using a mixture of castor oil and glycerin. She added, “To maintain my fitness, I make it a point to go for a walk every day as soon as I return home.”

The actress went on to unveil the secret behind her luxuriant hair, revealing that she applies a combination of coconut, almond, and mustard oils to her locks three times a week.
